Class II & III Rapids: Savegre River
Savegre River offers II and III class rapids, with a mixture of adrenaline but also with the ability to float down the river and hop off to swim in calmer waters. This white water river combines calm paddling with thrill to ensure a day full of adventure!
This 8 hour tour starts as early as 6:30 AM or 10:30 AM, with a Costa Rican lunch included and good vibes from start to finish.
Class III & IV Rapids: Naranjo River
Experience class III and IV rapids on the incredible Naranjo River that borders the Manuel Antonio National Park, Costa Rica. The Naranjo River flows through mountains, jungle, and farmland offering beautiful views. The river’s course is steep and challenging, perfect for adventure seekers searching for an adrenaline rush.
Towards the end of the river, the waters calm down and you can enjoy the sights while cruising over the last few rapids. After taming the river for almost two hours, you will be rewarded with a tasty lunch made with local Costa Rican ingredients.

Class IV Rapids: El Chorro – Upper Naranjo River
“El Chorro” is a whitewater rafting excursion with a high degree of adventure featuring class IV rapids. “El Chorro” offers a class IV whitewater rafting experience on the upper section of the Naranjo River. This rafting trip is known as a dry season Class IV, increasing to Class V and frequently unnavigable during the rainy & green seasons.
“El Chorro” loosely translates to “jet gorge”, due to the way the powerful water propels the raft. This river is of high difficulty for experienced rafters that can take on a narrow gorge, navigate through drops, and steep rapids. Your guide will assist in maneuvering your raft through the challenging boulders and bends. This river also borders the beautiful Manuel Antonio National Park which is surrounded by incredible fauna, nature and wildlife. Once you have completed this incredible journey, you will be rewarded with fresh fruits, water and a local Costa Rican meal.
El Chorro is a 7 hour tour of high difficulty, pick up time is at 6:30 AM, relax and enjoy the ride!
