This luxurious estate is located in Escazu, the Beverly Hills of Costa Rica.  Tucked away in is own private sanctuary of relaxation and overlooking the most magnificent view of the volcanoes, mountains and San Jose Valley.  Just a few minutes from downtown San Jose and the best restaurants, clubs, and shopping, this extraordinary residence is perfect for family gatherings, wedding events, bachelor parties, business functions and over-the-top parties.

 

This 2,000 square meter (20,000 sq. feet) mansion is equipped with a huge great room, two dining areas, two fully-equipped stainless steel kitchens, including a 72″ refrigerator/freezer, three bars, and eight luxurious suites (six with their own bathrooms and two Jack & Jill).  All suites have LCD flat screen TV’s , safe deposit boxes, telephone, and air conditioning.  There are open terraces throughout the house and next to the covered pool and to the exterior Jacuzzi which also overlook the spectacular view.  There is covered parking for four cars and plenty of parking in the front driveway.  Daily maid service is provided.  Spa treatments, tours and private transportation can be arranged prior to arrival.

Suite No. 4 – Queen size bed, small balcony and private bathroom

Suite No. 6 –  Master Suite, king size bed, Jacuzzi, huge balcony, private bathroom with bidet

Suite No 8 –   Queen size bed, private bathroom, fist floor

Suite No. 9 –  Master Suite – king size bed, huge shower and huge Jacuzzi, and bidet (first floor by the garden)

 

Rates: $900 + 13% local tax per night (minimum two nights stay)

           $750 + 13% local tax per night for stays of seven nights or more
